This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the use of the Web to Canvas website, Chrome extension, Figma plugin, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Overview
Web to Canvas operates on a freemium model. Users receive 15 free imports each month to evaluate the Service before purchasing a paid subscription.
We encourage all users to test the Service using the free plan before upgrading.
2. Subscription and Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, you must contact us by email at:
Cancellation requests must be submitted from the same email used during the purchase.
2.2 Effective Date of Cancellation
Once your cancellation request is processed:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to paid features during this period.
- Your subscription will not renew after the billing period ends.
2.3 Downgrading
After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the free plan, which includes 15 free imports per month.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- Yearly subscriptions
Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted unless required by law.

- Subscription renewals
- Accidental renewals
- Subsequent purchases
3.3 Valid Refund Reasons
Refunds may be granted if:
- The Service fails to work due to a verified technical issue.
- The user changes their mind and has not used the Service after purchasing.
3.4 Usage-Based Restrictions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The user has already used paid features.
- The user has performed imports after purchase.
- The user has used unlimited imports under a paid plan.
We reserve the right to review system logs and usage data when evaluating refund requests.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

- Payment processing fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Charges incurred due to banking or payment provider policies
5. Free Tier as Trial
The free plan provides 15 imports every month and is intended as a trial.
By upgrading, you acknowledge that you have tested the Service and understand its capabilities.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service.
- Future access to Web to Canvas may be restricted.
- We may dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
